1. Sale Cycles
To make couponing work, you need to watch the grocery sales cycle. ALL groceries go on sale and they all get to their Lowest Price around every 3 months. This is the time for you to stock up and buy enough to last you for the next 3 to 6 months. If you can wait for the the sales cycle prices to get to their lowest and buy enough of that item to last you (Stock Up) for the next lowest cycle, then you can save money.
